Def different for Ware and the types of thrillers I lean toward. This couple has a cybersecurity business and when the wife returns from her physical security part of a job to her husband (the digital side of things) she finds him dead ... brutally killed.
This read like an action drama on Netflix and not a great one. I was bored and eager for the end to come. When it did ... ugh. Whatever. I am forever hoping there will be a Ruth Ware book that I'll really enjoy but nope. This latest was ZERO interest for this reader.
